Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Auditly (the "Service"), operated by ArkandSoft ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Auditly runs active security checks against a domain you submit: HTTP header and TLS analysis, cookie and CORS inspection, sensitive-file exposure probes, open-redirect and reflected-injection tests on GET parameters, optional login rate-limit probing, and related checks. Results are delivered as a report and are provided for informational security purposes only.
Because the checks are active — they send real requests, and optional probes submit real failed login attempts — the Service must not be pointed at infrastructure you do not own or are not explicitly authorized to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems may be illegal, and the responsibility for authorization is yours, not ours.
3. Domain verification
Before we run any scan, you must prove control of the target domain by adding a DNS TXT record or a file at the domain's root, or by passing our manual review for cases neither method covers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a scan request if verification cannot be confirmed.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when requesting a scan or creating an account, and are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit unverified or unauthorized targets, or are used for unlawful purposes.
5. Payment & billing
A one-time scan is billed per request; a subscription is billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit a domain you do not own or are not authorized to test; attempt to circumvent domain verification; use the Service to build a directly competing scanning product from our checks or report format; or resell Service output as your own audit without disclosing it was produced by Auditly.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its scanning methodology, report format, and underlying software are the property of ArkandSoft. A report we deliver to you is yours to use and share as you see fit.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Our checks cover a defined set of common web-application weaknesses; they are not a complete security audit or penetration test, and a clean report is not a guarantee that a domain is free of vulnerabilities. Some checks (for example, a login rate-limit probe) send real requests to your infrastructure and can, in rare cases, trigger monitoring or rate-limiting on your own systems — you accept this risk when you enable an optional active probe.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArkandSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any downstream effect of an active check on infrastructure you authorized us to test.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last modified" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
